We offer a delivery service with couriers Speedy DPD or Bulgarian Post. In order to have your purchases conveniently delivered to a business or different address, you have the option of providing a delivery address that is different to the billing address during the order process.

Please make sure that the billing address remains the address that the payment card is registered to otherwise it may delay the order processing.

A copy of the invoice will be enclosed with your parcel and will not be sent separately.

Speedy DPD shipping usually takes 5 to 7 working days to arrive once your order has been approved and dispatched.

2.1. Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the location of the delivery address. You will be advised of the delivery charges before you finally confirm your order.

2.2. Geographical limitations

We deliver to most countries worldwide.
We ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, meaning you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

2.3. Delivery methods and periods

The delivery periods set out in this section are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.

2.4. Delivery tracking

Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products. To track your delivery, enter the tracking number sent to you in your order confirmation email into the delivery service provider’s website as listed in the email.

2.5. Receipt and signature

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided. Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery requiring signature.

If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the delivery service provider may make another attempt to deliver your order or will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your order, including a time limit for collection.

2.6. Delivery problems

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us on e-mail address We will process the problem information if your e-mail is written in English.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;

(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;

(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or

(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.


We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control as defined below.

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract:

(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

(b) our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over.

You may cancel a contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
